circumstances, our advice touches on drawing up a scheme of transactions to

Finance
Very
often, we are involved in preparing loan documentation on behalf of banks for
the acquisition of properties. If requested, we will arrange the purchasers to
contact banks who can provide the facilities required by the purchasers.
Landlord
& Tenant
We
have acted for both landlords and tenants in connection with industrial
estates, shopping centres and stand-alone units such as offices and
restaurants. In this respect, we are retained beyond the advise and documentation stage
into seeking remedies for landlord and tenant in a court of law. We have the
